刮壁桨搅拌功耗机理

摘要 刮壁搅拌功耗包括槽内流体阻力损耗和刮壁摩擦损耗,在层流域或过渡域两者存在一定的比例关系。在本实验范围内两者可以统一关联在一起,刮壁角对刮壁摩擦损耗有影响但不是主要的,回归实验数据得出搅拌功耗的经验关联式。 The power consumption in the vessel with the scraped surface agitator could be divided into two parts: the consumption in the bulk flow and the dissipation owing to the friction of the blade against the vessel wall. It was testified that, in the laminar or transitional regime, the bulk consumption was directly proportional to the frictional consumption. It was found that the angle of the blade against the wall has a little influence on the power consumption. An empirical correlation on the power consumption was obtained.
