钠曲线与超滤曲线结合对血液透析低血压的防治作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨钠曲线(Sodium Profile,SP)与超滤曲线(Ultrafiltration Profile,UP)联合应用对血液透析低血压的防治作用。方法对10例维持性血液透析患者进行普通透析(CHD)及SP+UP透析各10次,监测透析过程中血压及血容量变化。结果CHD和SP+UP发生低血压的例次分别为22次和8次(2χ=7.063,P=0.008);透析结束时,CHD和SP+UP血容量分别下降(15.46±5.52)%和(9.21±5.23)%(P<0.05)。结论SP+UP对血容量有较好的维持作用,能显著降低透析低血压的发生。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of sodium profile(SP) combined with ultrafiltration profile(UP) on preventing from the intradialytic hypotension. Methods Ten stable hemodialysis patients underwent common hemodialysis(CHD) and SP+ UP hemodialysis for 10 times, respectively. The blood pressure and the variation on blood volume were measured. Results The frequency of hypotension was 22 times in CHD,and 8 times in SP+UP (X^2 = 7. 063,P = 0. 008). At the end of the hemodialysis, the decrease of blood volume was(15. 46±5. 52)% in CHD, and(9. 21 ±5. 23)% in SP+UP (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The blood volume is better preserved and the intradialytic hypotensive episodes decrease significantly in SP+ UP.
