摘要
研究了石墨炉原子吸收光谱中GdCl3、Gd(NO3)3基体的背景吸收影响。背景吸收波长特性的研究表明,GdCl3和Gd(NO3)3的背景吸收都具有明显的波长特性。蒸发行为研究表明GdCl3的背景吸收主要来自GdCl3的分子蒸气,Gd(NO3)3的背景吸收主要来自NO。钆基体的背景吸收峰高与灰化温度有关,GdCl3背景吸收曲线轮廓与原子化温度和原了化方式有关。Gd(NO3)3的背景吸收远小于GdCl3。
The effects of background absorption of GdCl 3 and Gd(NO 3) 3 matrices in graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry were investigated. It is shown that the background absorption of Gd matrices is significently wavelength dependence. The experiments of the evaporation behaviour demonstrate that the background absorption of GdCl 3 comes mainly from the molecular vapor of GdCl 3 and that of Gd(NO 3) 3 comes mainly from NO. The peak height of background Gd matrices is related to ashing temperature. The outlines of background distribution of GdCl 3 is related to the atomization temperature and the heating mode of atomization. The background absorption of Gd(NO 3) 3 is far smaller than that of GdCl 3. The method of eliminating the background of GdCl 3 is also discussed.
