摘要
西瓜(C itrillus Lanatus)是一种对冷害敏感的植物。西瓜在早春和冬季保护地种植时,常常遭受<15℃的低温危害.本研究以8个西瓜品种为材料,研究了发芽期5℃,10℃,15℃和25℃处理下的发芽势和发芽率的差异显著性,以及5℃,10℃,15℃处理7d和25℃恢复生长7d后根长、根重、芽长、芽重、单株发根力的变化。并利用综合隶属度方法定量比较了其生长状况的动态变异,8个品种耐冷性强弱的顺序为2>5>3>8>4>1>6>7。
Watermelon ( Citrillus Lanatus) is cold sensitive crop plant. When it is planted during the early - spring and protection nursery cultivation, it is often suffered from the low temperature of lower than 15 degree. So eight watermelon varieties were employed in the germination stages at different temperatures such as 5℃ , 10℃ , 15℃ and 25℃for seven days, followed by the recovery at 25℃ for seven days, and then, the morphological characters of germination potential and germination percentage, root length, shoot length, root weight, shoot weight and rationing ability were analyzed and compared, according to their own comprehensive affiliation degree of morphological characters, 8 watermelon varieties showed the relative cold tolerance ability in the order of 2, 5, 3, 8, 4, l, 6 and 7 ,and also classified into different three categories.
