摘要
本文从人才培养的基本内容出发,对西北地区企业人才培养存在的问题进行分析,进而从制度、资金保障体系和培养层次等方面有针对性地提出解决问题的对策,为今后西北地区企业的人才培养提供思路和方法,为西部企业人才的合理配置和永续利用提供决策依据。
This article embarks from basic content about training of the talented person , it analyzes present situation to the training work of northwest local enterprise talented person and the question which appears, then points tactic of solving the question from the system, the fund safeguard system and the training grade. It provides the mentality and the method for the training work of the next northwest local enterprise's talented person ,and provides basis to policy for the western enterprise talented person's reasonable disposition and use continually.
