摘要
利用SSR标记法与盐溶蛋白法对32份玉米自交系和13个杂交种的指纹图谱进行分析,结果表明,盐溶蛋白图谱中共有35条不同的谱带,多态性信息量占74.29%。筛选了50个SSR引物,其中6个多态性好的SSR引物能区分所有供试材料。在32个自交系中共检测到29个等位基因,平均每个引物4.83个,多态性信息量占93.10%。仅用2个引物就检测到10个位点,把13个杂交种分开,并构建了13个杂交种的数字指纹图谱。
SSR and salt-soluble protein fingerprinting in 32 maize inbred lines and 13 hybrids were analysed. The results showed that 35 different salt-soluble protein bands were detected and the polymorphism information was 74.29%. 50 primers were used in SSR analysis and only 6 high polymorphism primer combinations could distinguish all the hybrid and inbred lines. 29 alleles were detected with 6 SSR primers in 32 maize inbred lines, the average number of alleles of each loci was 4. 83. The polymorphism information was 93. 10%. Only 2 primer combinations could distinguish 13 hybrid,29 alleles were detected and build the SSR fingerprint of 13 hybrids.
