摘要
以氨基乙酸、环氧氯丙烷和十四叔胺为原料,经两步反应合成双十四叔胺羟丙基甘氨酸季铵盐两性表面活性剂.研究pH值、温度对合成反应的影响,并对合成产品的临界胶束浓度(cmc)、发泡性、稳泡性和相溶性进行测试.结果表明,合成产品的较佳反应条件是pH值9~10,反应温度60~70℃;产品的发泡、稳泡性能好,表面活性高,与香波中的其它组分相溶性好.
The amphoteric surfactant, {N, N-Bis-[2-hydroxyl, 3-(N',N'-dimethyI,N'-tetra decyl)aminolpropyllglycine dichloride is synthesized by the reaction of glycine, epoxy chlorupropane, and N, N-dimethyldodecylamine via two steps. The reaction factors of pH and temperature are investigated, and then the properties of resuhing products involving foamability, foam stability, and compatibility are measured. The experiment results show that the best reaction condition is that PH value ranges from 9 to 10, and temperature ranges from 60 to 70 ℃. Foamability, foam stability and surface activity of the producl are good, and the compatibility with other components of shampoo is also very good.
