外场电压对液晶显示器件中衬垫漂移的影响

摘要 通过对液晶显示器件逐渐施加远高于其阈值电压的电压,发现当所加外场电压超过其阈值电压3倍时,显示区域内球状塑料衬垫出现移动现象,随着所加电压的增大,球状衬垫移动速度也逐渐增大,并导致球状塑料衬垫的聚集现象.研究了高电压对液晶显示器件显示性能的影响. Voltage that is much higher than threshold voltage is applied on liquid crystal display device. When the applied voltage is over 3 threshold voltages, the spacers will move from their original palace. With the increase of the applied voltage, the velocity of moving spacers is becoming higher, and spacers will assemble. In this paper, the influence of high vohage to display performance is studied.
