The present world is moving toward political multipolarity , economic globalization and cultural diversity. At the same time, the development of enterprise has also entered a new phrase in the process of economic globaliza tion. In the cross national management, the business envi ronment is no longer the single and stable local environment , instead it is an environment in which people from different regions and with diverse cultural background work together. Therefore the role of Cross-Cultural Management counts a great deal for the success of any cross-national enterprise.
