摘要
获得长期可持续发展、追求激情的卓越一直是企业孜孜以求的战略远景。如何实现这一远景是理论界与企业界共同探讨的课题,本文认为企业可持续发展的最根本的源泉是动态性核心能力,并围绕这一命题,追寻出新经济时代战略性外包是撬动核心能力的杠杆,进而通过对核心能力的解构,探索战略性外包对核心能力的作用机理,在阐述了外包的战略意义后,最后文章就如何进行基于企业核心能力的外包进行了研究,以图为中国企业有所借鉴。
To get a long-term sustainable development and pursue exciting excellence is always the strategic prospect for any enterprise, Also, how to realize this dream is the mutual topic for academia and business. This paper holds that the utmost fundamental source for sustainable develop ment is the dynamic core competence. Moreover, the strate gic outsourcing is just the lever to launch the core competence. Through the analysis of the core competence, it ex plores the function mechanism of the strategic outsoureing on the core competence. On the basis of explanation about the importance of outsourcing, this paper studies on outsourcing for core competence, hoping it can give highlight for our Chinese enterprises.
