摘要
应用物理学中的迈克耳孙干涉仪知识,介绍其在精密尺寸测量中的运用。即将被测物体尺寸与标准量块在迈克耳孙干涉仪上进行比较,然后通过测量尾数差,来确定两者的差值,从而获得被测物体尺寸的准确值。
Appling Michelson interferometer knowledge in physics, its application of precise size measure is introduced. Comparing the object size with standard gauge blocks, in the Michelson interferometer, then through to measure the tail number disparity, the difference of the both is obtained, thus the accurate size of the object is acquired.
