摘要
采用单片机与光电编码器、直流伺服电机、直流伺服电机驱动器(PWM)组成混合闭环控制系统,运用快速PID算法,使某火炮的旋转角度控制达到快速位置伺服系统的要求。论述了控制系统各器件的选择和单片机控制系统的软硬件设计,以及最后的调试和结果。
A blend closed loop control system is introduced, which is constituted with microcontroller, photoelectric coder, direct current servo electromotor and direct current servo electromotor drivers(PWM). It uses a fast PID algorithm to make running angle control of an artillery for meeting the request of fast location servo system. The selection of each apparatus of control system, the design of software and hardware of MCS control systems, and last debugging and result are discussed.
