加益粉对小白鼠的急性毒性试验

Acute LD_(50) Determination of Jayi Powder on Mus Musculus Albus

采用寇氏法进行了加益粉对小白鼠的急性毒性试验，实验结果表明，加益粉对实验动物小白鼠的半数致死量（LD50）为7591．89mg／kg体重，LD50的95％可信限为9375．07-6113．64mg／kg体重，说明加益粉安全范围较广，具有较高的临床应用价值。

In order to investigate the toxicity of Jia-yi powder on animals, LD50 of Jia-yi powder on Mus musculus albus was measured with the Karber＇ s method. The LD50 value of Jia-yi powder on Mus musculus albus was 7 591.89 mg/kg, 95% confidence limits was 9 375.07 -6 113.64 mg/kg. The experiment results suggested that Jiayi powder has a wide safety margin and higher value for clinical application.
