单嘧磺隆在稻田中应用的安全性研究 被引量:1

摘要 测定在水稻不同时期使用4种除草剂对水稻生长的影响。结果表明:农得时对水稻的萌发生长没有明显抑制作用,而草克星、单嘧磺隆+丙草胺和单嘧磺隆在低浓度下对水稻的萌发生长的影响不显著。但在高浓度时,则显著抑制水稻生长。其中,草克星高浓度下会降低水稻萌发率;除农得时外,除草剂对胚芽和胚根有抑制作用,且对胚芽的抑制作用要强于对胚根的抑制作用;4种除草剂对水稻幼苗(2—3叶期)和大田水稻植株(施药后45d)的生长影响不明显。可见,在不同时期选择安全的稻田除草剂,对促进水稻生产具有重要指导意义。 Safety test of monosulfuron, londax, NC - 311 and monosulfuron + pretilachlor showed the results as follows: among these four herbicides, Londax had no influence on the bourgeon rate and growth of rice, others had no effects to the bourgeon rate and growth of rice too under the low concentration. But it would control obviously the bourgeon rate and growth of rice when their high concentration. Then, only NC- 311, under high concentration, decreased the bourgeon rate of paddy, but the three herbicides exerted significant negative influence on the growth of radicle and embryo except londax, and their embryo was more sensitive than radicle to the four herbicides. On the whole, the four herbicides had no significant influence on the growth of seedlings and paddy plants in the field. So choosing safe herbicides in different growth time of rice may be important promote develop of agriculture.
