摘要
阐明了用于玻璃纤维增强水泥(GRC)制品的水泥品种的碱度,其pH值应小于10.7,方可保持GRC制品的长期耐久性。运用多种实验手段,包括X射线光电子能谱(XPS)在内,对制备的几种特定组分玻璃以及抗碱玻纤和中碱玻纤进行了研究,确定pH=10.7是一个转折点,当pH<10.7时,对玻璃(或玻纤)的侵蚀最小。
This paper elucidates the alkalinity of the low pH value cement,which requires a pH value less than 10 7 to ensure long term durability of GRC products.Samples of glass with special composition,alkali resistant glass fibers and normal glass fibers were studied using different techniques including XPS.The results have confirmed that pH= 10 7 is the turning point and the alkali corrosion of glass or glass fibers is reduced to the minimum when pH< 10 7
