用户需求变更问题是信息系统需求工程研究的重要内容.影响需求变更的因素指标非常多,选取一个好的需求变更管理方法比较困难.针对这一问题,提出基于主分量分析(PCA)和动态聚类(DC)的信息系统需求变更管理方法.

Changes of the user＇s requirements are important for the research of requirement engineering of information system（IS）. There are a lot of factors be able to change the requirement, so it is diffcuh to select a better method to manage the requirement＇s change. Based on the principal component analysis and dynamic clustering ,a new management method of requirement change for IS is proposed.
