摘要 为提高尼龙1010的力学性能,将天然矿物填料透闪石与其熔融共混制成复合材料。在共混之前,用偶联剂MPS对透闪石表面进行有机化修饰,使其表面由亲水性转成疏水性,以期改善粒子与尼龙基体之间的界面结合强度;热重分析和接触角测试验证了粒子表面MPS的存在。将修饰后的透闪石按不同比例与尼龙1010共混制成复合材料,对该复合材料力学性能的测试表明,与修饰前相比,经过修饰的透闪石能在一定范围内同时提高尼龙1010的拉伸强度和冲击强度。 In order to improve the mechanical property of nylon lOlO,natural mineral filler tremolite is melt and mixed with nylon 1010 to fabricate a composite.Before mixing,the surface of tremolite has been modified by MPS coupling agent,which can change its surface from hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity,so to improve the bonding strength of interface between particle and nylon.The existence of MPS is examined by thermogravimetric analysis and contact angle testing.To fabricate composites through mixing modified tremolite with nylon 1010 according to different proportion,mechanical property test indicated that,compared with unmodified tremolite,modified tremolite can improve the tensile strength and impact strength of nylon 1010 in a certain range.
