脏点控制与分析直接关系到车身涂装质量的优劣,是涂装车间日常工作的重点内容之一。介绍了脏点的来源、检验要求和分析流程,分析了脏点分析工作存在的问题,给出了正确进行脏点分析的几点建议。
Spot control and analysis are related to the quality of body painting, and it is one of main routine works in painting room.The cause of spot,check requirement and analysis flow are introduced,the existing problems in spot analysis are discussed,and some suggestion is given.
