摘要
本文对软磁铁氧体用高纯氧化铁红制备工艺及所用原料进行了分析和比较,提出了以窑尾灰为原料的新工艺,此工艺简单易行,成本低,适合大规模生产;产品质量符合HG/T2574-1994优等品标准。
The processes and raw materials of high - purity iron oxide red for soft magnetic ferrite use are analyzed and compared. A new process preparing the product from kiln tailing raw material is put forward. The process is simple and easily controled,low cost and suitable for mass production, The quality of the product can meet the excellent grade of chemical industry standard HG/T2574 - 1994.
