SAPPET纺丝及仿毛特性

SPINNING OF SAPPET AND ITS WOOL-LIKE CHARACTERS

利用抗起球聚酯切片和开发研制的抗起球母粒，采用共混纺丝，前纺为高倍拉伸、后纺为低倍拉伸的工艺路线，纺制出第二代抗起球涤纶（ＳＡＰＰＥＴ）。该纤维与日本Ａ５４仿毛纤维、６４支澳毛性能比较，ＳＡＰＰＥＴ的拉伸力学性能与Ａ５４纤维、６４支澳毛极为相近，且大部分指标介于两者之间，特别是反映抗起球性的断裂比功与６４支澳毛极为相近，并且低于Ａ５４纤维。ＳＡＰＰＥＴ纤维的弹性、蓬松性、卷曲性能、热稳定性、手感等仿毛性能也达到较好水平，具有低强、中伸、中模量的特性，是一种较为理想的仿毛纤维。

The speciality of spinning technology and wool-like characters of second anti-pill PET(SAPPET) were introduced.The SAPPET fiber was produced by blend-spinning process,high draw- ratio during pre-spinning and low draw-ratio during past-spinning.The SAPPET fiber was compared with A54 wool-like fiber of Japan and 64N Australian wool.The results showed that the tensile properties of SAPPET were very close to A54 wool-like fiber and 64N Australian wool and most specialities were between them.The specific work of rupture was very close to that of 64N Australian wool and lower than that of A54 wool-like fiber.The SAPPET fiber had good in wool-like characters of elasticity bulkiness, crimp ability,heat stability and handle.This fiber also had abilities of low tenacity,mid percentage of elongation and low modulus.
