摘要
尿素和甲醇在自制催化剂作用下制备氨基甲酸甲酯(MC),通过测试分析计算MC的收率,比较不同方法制备出的负载型金属氧化物催化剂的催化活性,并对活性好的催化剂进行SEM和XRD表征。实验结果表明,金属氧化物负载型催化剂中ZnO-KOH对合成氨基甲酸甲酯具有较高的催化活性,其反应优化条件为:n(甲醇)∶n(尿素)=60、催化剂ZnO-KOH用量为甲醇和尿素质量的4%、反应时间为8 h和反应温度为185℃,MC的收率可达84.46%。
Methyl carbamate(MC) was synthesized from urea and methanol over the as-prepared catalysts. Activity of the supported metal oxide catalysts prepared by different methods was compared by MC yield. The catalysts with good activity were characterized by SEM and XRD. The results showed that ZnO-KOH had higher catalytic activity, with optimal reaction condition as follows: reaction temperature 185℃, reaction time 8 h, molar ratio of methanol to urea 60, mass fraction of the catalyst = 4%. MC yield of up to 84.46% was obtained under the optimal conditions.
