山区河道采砂管理初探

Management of sand excavation in river courses in mountainous areas

由于水土流失和水流对岩石的长期冲刷,山区河床内砂石资源储量相对较为丰富,针对山区河道川窄流急,纵坡变化较大的特点,滦平县制定了科学合理的采砂方案,并对采砂活动进行规范化管理,达到既开发砂石资源又提高河道行洪能力的“双赢”。

Due to soil erosion and flushing of river flow to rock and stone, sand resources arc relatively rich in riverbed. Therefore, sand excavation in mountainous areas should be properly conducted according to scientific planning and consider the feature of sharp flow and change of longitudinal slope in river courses and regulate the sand excavation activities, so as to reach a win-win status for both development of sand and rock resources and increase of flood discharging capacity of the river channels.
