为适应国民经济和社会发展对水文工作的需求,应不断加大水文投入。由于各种原因,水文的投资效益分析和计算至今仍是困扰水文行业的一个难题。文章简要介绍了水文投资效益的特点,从广义和狭义两方面对水文投资效益作了分析,就水文市场化及其对水文投资效益的影响作了探讨。

Hydrological input should be increased in order to meet the requirement made by national economy and social development to hydrological work. Due to various reasons, the evaluation and calculation of hydrological benefit is still a difficult point. The paper briefly introduces the features of benefits of hydrological investment, analyses the benefits of hydrological investment in both narrow and broad senses, and discusses the marketization of hydrological business as well as its impact on the benefit generation of hydrological investment.
