白莲崖水库建成后的三库统一管理思路与分析

A proposal for integrating management of three reservoirs after completion of Bailianya Reservoir

从佛子岭、磨子潭水库运行管理的实际出发,分析了水库建设与管理存在的问题,结合白莲崖水库建设,提出了佛子岭、磨子潭、白莲崖3座新老水库统一管理的思路,指出了梯级水库群统一管理在现代水利管理中的客观性和必要性。

A study is carried out for analyzing problems with reservoir construction and management, in accordance with the actual condition of operation and management of Fuoziling and Mozitan reservoirs. After the completion of Bailianai Reservoir, a new proposal of integrating management of three reservoirs of Fuoziling, Mozitang and Bailianai is proposed. The necessity and importance of implementing cascade management of a series of reservoirs in present water resources management are presented.
