基于故障诊断的虚拟仪器系统研究 被引量:3

摘要 如何及时诊断故障、预测设备运行状态的发展趋势,成为当前研究的一个热点;如何开发集成软硬件结合的系统进行实时、在线诊断,将是诊断成败的关键,虚拟仪器技术的迅速发展,将故障诊断与电子测试技术引入到更高的层次领域,这是测试技术与故障诊断技术相结合发展的重要趋势。介绍了虚拟仪器技术的特点和构成,在此基础上将现代信号处理新理论高阶累积量(HOC)引入到虚拟仪器的信号分析之中,对传动系统的故障进行了特征提取和分析,以VC++软件开发平台为基础,并结合MATLAB语言研制和开发出了机械故障诊断虚拟仪器系统,设计了各种功能模块,包括振动信号的分析、处理和系统故障诊断等。从而实现了故障诊断虚拟仪器系统应有的功能。 It's at the high tide of research nowadays how to diagnose the faults and predict the condition of equipments real-timely.To develop a system united with hardware and software using for real-time and on-line diagnosis will be a key of diagnosis.The development of Virtual Instrument(VI) leads to the combination of fault diagnosis and electro-testing,and makes them achieve a higher level.This is an important trend of fault diagnosis.This paper introduces the characteristics and construction of VI,The Higher Order Cumulants(HOC) are imported into the signal processing of VI,and the fault feature of gear transmission system is extracted and analyzed,Based on VC++ software,the VI system of mechanical fault diagnosis is developed and combined with MATLAB language,Several modules are designed,such as vibration signal sampling,analysis and fault diagnosis.Therefore,the demanded functions of VI are achieved.
