On the Cost and Benefit of the Higher Education Evaluation in our Country

研究高等教育评估的成本和效益对于考察评估的质量与成效，提高评估资源的利用效率有着重要的作用与意义。本文对高等教育评估成本和效益的概念、类别及其构成进行探讨，并从管理效益原理出发，对高等教育评估成本——效益分析的原则和高等教育评估活动中的成本、效益体现进行了总结，对我国高等教育评估的成效作了现实分析。

It＇s very important and significant to study the cost and benefit of higher education evaluation for the review of the quality and efficiency of the evaluation and the enhancement of the utilization efficiency of the evaluation resourees. This paper explores the definition, sorts and structures of the cost and benefit of higher education evaluation; and then, based on the management benefit principle, sunmmarizes the principles of analyzing the cost and benefit of higher education evaluation, the forms of the cost and benefit. At last, this paper makes a realistic analysis of the higher education evaluation effect in our country.
