摘要
教学反思是教师以自己的教学活动为思考对象,对教学行为以及由此所产生的结果进行审视和分析的过程。反思教学模式是提高教师专业能力,提升学生综合素质,实现教学效果最佳的有效途径。要提高课堂教学的效果,就必须充分发挥教师和学生的双边作用,使教师和学生在课前、课中和课后认真反思、认真总结。
Self - exanlination in teaching is an examining and analyzing process of the teacher on his teaching actions and the teaching results on his teaching activities. The self- examining teaching mode is an effective method to improve the teacher's professional ability and the students' comprehensive qualities and to achieve the best teaching results. To improve classroom teaching results, both the teacher' s and the students' activities must be fully brought into play so that the teacher and the students take their self - examinations and summings up seriously before, during and after classcs.
