摘要 电大系统发展至今,在取得了辉煌的成就与显著绩效的同时,必须面对一个严酷的事实:电大系统的优势危机与品牌忧虑,特别是基层电大尤甚。电大在受到严峻挑战的同时,也孕育着持速发展的重大机遇,这就是发扬本身固有优势,改变某些方面的劣势,巩固和促进电大系统的建设。从而,使电大成为一座乘风破浪,勇往直前的巨舰。 Since RTU system has been set up, it has achieved great success. However, it faces a severe fact that the RTU system remains advantage crisis and brand anxiety, especially in grass - roots RTU. RTU faces threatening challenges as well as gestates great opportunities for lasting development. This is the construction based on the development of its own advantages, removal of disadvantages and consolidation & promotion of the building of RTU system. Thus, RTU will be a lasting advancing vessel.
