Nowadays, the investment on our national children＇s education tends to be increased constantly, But there are still ,some problems in it, such as the excursion of the investment＇ s ideas and goals. Therefore, we should improve the investment environment for the modem children＇s education, and further analyze and do research on it so as to supply an academic foundation for the investment on the rational modem children＇s education.
