摘要
本文采用紫外-可见二极管阵列检测器,在反相C_18色谱柱上,以含lg/L柠檬酸的甲醇-水为流动相分离分散染料,研究了检测波长及最小检出量的关系,以及几个商品分散染料的分离.
Some disperse dyes were separated by reversed phase liquid chromato-graphy on column RP - 18 with mobile phase methanol - water by addition of 1g of citric acid per litre , and monitored by multi- wavelength diode array detection. The relationship between detection wavelength and detection limits was studied, and examination of commercial disperse dyes was assessed.
