摘要
结合电力企业的生产特点和电力市场的发展状况,分析了过去电力企业业绩评价体系的主要演变过程和缺陷,提出基于“平衡记分卡”原则的业绩评价体系,从财务、顾客、内部运作过程、学习与成长四个角度设置了分层指标,以确保电力企业业绩评价体系的科学性、系统性、合理性。
This paper is to analyze, combined with of power market, the development process and defect the productive features and the development situation of achievement evaluation system in electrical power enterprises in the past. Therefore, the author puts forward the achievement evaluation system on the base of balance .scorecard principle to improve the internal management, to secure a scientific, systematic and rational system of enterprise achievement.
