美国在中日“二十一条”交涉中态度的历史考察

A Historical Investigation on the Attitudes of the United States Towards "21 Articles" in the Negotiation Between China and Japan

美国在“二十一条”交涉中的态度,学术界专文论述的很少。而在当时,北京政府又有意联美制日,因此尚未参加一战的美国,对中日“二十一条”交涉的态度就显得非常重要。本文从美国对中日“二十一条”交涉中态度变化情况、原因及对中日两国的影响三个方面,作一个历史考察。

In the academic field, it is very few that academic articles make special discussions on the attitudes towards ＂21 Articles＂ during the negotiation period, which the United Sates held. while at that time, the Peking government was willing to unite the United States to restrain Japan. Therefore, before it was involved in WWI, it is apparent that attitudes of the United States towards ＂21 Articles＂ in the conference between China and Japan played an extremely important role. The essay wants to make an investigation on American attitudes towards＂21 articles＂ from the historical point of view, which is analyzed from three aspects： the change of the attitudes, causes and influence on Sino-Japan relations, to make a historical investigation.
