目的探讨新时期病案管理人员应具备的素质。方法了解国内外病案管理的发展趋势,参照相关法律法规,分析我国新时期病案管理的现状及人员素质。结果我国病案管理工作相对滞后,人员素质偏低。结论病案管理人员必须具备更高、更强、更全面的素质,才能适应新时期病案管理工作的需要。

To explore the necessary quality of the medical record practitioners in the new stage. Methods To know clearly the trends of health record management domestically and internationally, and to consult correlative laws and codes, and to analyze the state quo and the quality of the staff members in health record management in our country. Results The health record management and the staffs＇ quality are very slow. Conclusion Health record manager must possess much higher, stronger and more completely quality, so as to adapt the needs of health record management in the now stage.
