130例股骨颈骨折手术病人住院费用的调查

An Investigation on 130 Cases of the Expenses of the Inpatients Suffering from Femur and Neck Fracture

目的研究股骨颈骨折手术病人住院费用的影响因素,探讨降低医疗费用的方法,为加强医院的经济管理调控提供依据。方法调查股骨颈骨折手术病人的41项指标,用SPSS统计处理分析。结果住院天数和手术方式是对费用产生影响的主要因素。结论手术复杂程度对费用影响最大,调查印证了股骨颈骨折的易患人群是60岁以上的老年人。

To investigate the factors affecting the hospitalization expenses of the patients undergoing femur and neck fracture surgeD＂ and to explore possibilities to reduce medical expenses so as to provide solid foundation for strengthening hospital＇s financial management. Method To study 41 of indexes of the patients who underwent femur and neck fracture surgeries and use SPSS to process the data. Result Length of stay and operational method are major determinants. Conclusion The degree of complexity of the surgery play more important part in affecting the hospitalization expenses than length of stay, This study demonstrates that people over 60 years old are susceptible to femur and neck fracture.
