食管癌放疗前胸部CT检查的临床价值

The clinic value of CT scan in patients with sophageal carcinoma before radiotherapy

目的探讨胸部CT扫描对食管癌放射野设定的意义。方法对103例食管癌患者放疗前胸部CT检查,分析食管病变外侵及纵隔淋巴结转移情况与放射野长与宽的关系。结果食管外侵88例(85.4%)、淋巴结转移38例(36.9%)。食管偏心性增厚86例(83.5%)。结论食管癌放疗常规设野对非对称性生长的食管病变及部分纵隔淋巴结转移的病例有其不完善性和不安全性,放疗前胸部CT检查有其重要的意义。

Objective To investgate the clinic value of CT scan in esophageal carcinoma before radiotherapy. Methods CT scan findings before radiotherapy in 103 patients with esophageal carcinoma were analysed. Results The incidence of extension of esophageal cancer was 85.3% . Lymph node metastasis rate was 36.9%. Eccentric thickening was seen in 86 patients（83.5% ）. Conelution Conventional width and length of radiotherapy are unable to cover the whole lesion for patients with asymmetric esophageal carcinoma and positive nodes, so CT scan is important before radiotherapy,
