摘要
目的提高对急性睾丸扭转的认识,提高此病的诊断正确率和治疗水平。方法回顾2001年1月到2004年12月在本院就诊的35例病例。所有患者均行彩色多普勒B超检查。4例行核素扫描。结果34例病人行手术探查。其中33例为鞘膜内型,1例为鞘膜外型。1例行手法复位,6例行手术复位固定术,28例行睾丸切除术。结论彩色多普勒B超检查和核素扫描可以提高睾丸扭转诊断正确率。正确诊断、早期处理是提高急性睾丸扭转治疗成功率的前提。
Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of acute testicular torsion. Methods 35 patients with acute testicular torsion treated in our hospital from 2001 to 2004 were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients received colour doppler ultrasonography, 4 patients received radionuclide scan. Results One patients was cured by detorsion manually. Operations were performed in 34 cases, of whom testis were reserved in 6 cases and orchiectomy were performed in 28 cases. Conclusion Colour doppler ultrasonography and radionuclide scan play an important role in the diagnosis of testicular torsion. Correct diagnosis and prompt treatment play a key role in saving the testis.
