摘要
目的分析脑血管造影DSA术常见并发症的原因及预防处理对策。方法选择本院神经外科2001年5月至2005年5月共36例出现较严重并发症的病例,分析其成因及处理经验。结果36例患者经相应处理后,均未留下后遗症。结论脑血管造影的常见并发症,通过提高操作熟练度、掌握一些技巧,多数都是可预防和避免的。
Objective To explore the causes , management and preventions of familiar complications at DSA. Methods Form May,2001 to May,2005, 36 cases of serious complications at DSA procedure were choosed and analysed their causes. Results 36cases of serious complication were healed by relevant management. Conclusion The familiar complications of DSA are avoided by enhanceing our knack and hold our skills.
