摘要
目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗前列腺增生症并发出血的原因与防治。方法对15例BPH患者TURP术后出血的原因进行了回顾性分析。结果15例经对症治疗后全部治愈。结论全面的术前分析、准确的术中及术后处理,是减少TURP出血的关键。
Objective To investigate the causes and treatment of bleeding after transurethral resection of the prostate（TURP） for benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）. Methods 400 patients with BPH were operated by TURP in our hospital from 1998 to 2005. Postoperative bleeding occurred in 15 patients, the causes and treatment of bleeding were analysed. Results Bleeding stopped after symptomatic management in all 15patients. Conduslon TURP is a safe treatment for BPH.
