经过近30年的发展,中国已基本实现小康。要全面建设和谐社会,赶上中等发达国家水平,国家仍应坚持“效率优先,兼顾公平”的发展战略。而在当前中国居民贫富差距已拉大,影响社会安宁与和谐的危机时有发生的情况下,通过适度地调低目前高企的基尼系数是实现国家长治久安和可持续发展的战略举措。

In order to comprehensively construct the harmonious society and catch up with the medium developed countries, China still need insist on the development strategy of ＂Giving priority to efficiency while emphasizing fairness at the same time＂in the present situation when the gap between the poor and the rich has been widened and the crisis affecting the social stability and harmony occasionally happens. Moderately lowering the present Gini coefficient is the strategy to realize the nation＇ s long -term stability and sustainable development.
