摘要
【目的】探讨学龄儿童存在的心理问题现状,为临床诊治提供参考依据。【方法】对2004年10月~2005年10月在首都儿科研究所附属儿童医院心理门诊首次就诊的学龄儿童822例进行登记,统计分析一般状况包括年龄、性别分布特点和主要就诊原因。【结果】了解到当前学龄儿童各年龄心理问题就诊均以男童为主,男女比例为3:1。1~3年级(6~8岁)组占全部心理就诊儿童的53.5%。儿童心理问题在不同年龄组就诊原因排序略有差异。智力水平偏低及性格问题在儿童心理问题就诊中占有重要地位。就诊原因前三位分别是注意缺陷多动障碍(40.6%)、学习障碍(12.9%),精神发育迟滞(11.2%)。【结论】学龄儿童心理卫生就诊原因以影响学习的问题为主,其中主要有多动、注意力障碍,智商偏低等。儿童性格问题在心理门诊咨询中也占有较重要地位。
[Objective] To explore the present status of psychological problem of school children. [Method] The information of 822 the school children was recorded and analyzed who visited consultant our clinic in October 2004 to Oetober 2005, including age, sex, chief complaint or, syndrome. [ Results] In every group, the majority of consulters were boys, the rate of boy and girl was 3 : 1. The 53.5% of all eonsultanters were children aged 6-8 year. Main problems of ehildren were ADHD( 40.60% ), learning difficult ( LD 12. 9% ), mental retardation ( MR 11.2% ), the low intelligence and personality problem often were the one of reason in consulters. [ Conclusions] The main reasons that school children come to clinic are ADHD and low intelligence. Personality characteristics of child also are a problem of psyehologyical consultant.
