摘要
我院于2005年5月成立了出院检查站。通过对出院患儿出院小结进行审核,完成出院检查、出院指导、信息收集、资料分析等工作。实践证明,出院检查站是以结构质量为基础、环节质量为衔接的,完善终末质量管理的有效手段,最终实现以数据为向导、量化为基础的医疗质量管理和出院流程优化。
In May 2005, the hospital in which the author works established the Checking Room for lnpatients to Leave Hospital with a totally new concept. Through the examination, the Room could accomplish such tasks as collecting information, implementing supervision, analyzing data, making timely coordination, feeding back swiftly, evaluating curative effect, and conducting guidance to outpatients. Practice has proven that the room is a way to realize system innovation, with the structure quality as the foundation, the sector quality as the foundation, the sector quality as the terminal quality as an effective means, hence optimizing the quality of treatment guided by data and based on quantity.
