摘要
利用现场挂片试验并借助X射线衍谢仪(XRD)以及带有能谱的扫描电镜(SEM/EDX)等分析测试手段,对中国石化胜利油田有限公司(以下简称胜利油田)典型区块东辛采油厂广利联合站集输管道腐蚀严重的原因及规律进行了研究。广利联合站污水介质腐蚀性强,挂片腐蚀速率最高达3.8mm/a,远远超出石油行业标准SY5329-94中规定的0.076mm/a;初步确定广利联合站污水介质腐蚀严重的原因为溶解氧和Cl^-促进作用下的氧浓盖腐蚀,并且CaCO_3结垢严重。文章还针对不同因素提出了抑制腐蚀的可行措施。
Through field coupon tests, the corrosion causes and laws of the pipelines of oil gathering & distribution system of Dongxing Oil Production Plant of Shengli Oil Field Co. ,Ltd are studied with the help of analysis by XRD and SEM/EDX. The coupon tests show that the maximum corrosion rate is 3.8 mm/a which is nmch gceater than 0.076 mm/a specified in oil industry standard "SY5329- 94". It is preliminarily concluded from the study that the corrosion is the macrocell corrosion under the effect of dissolved oxygen in the waste water and promotion of Cl^- . There is a serious fouling in the system, The practical effective measures of corrosion control are proposed for different conditions,
