摘要
文章对长白山区栎松口蘑子实体不同部位的组织分离、培养吾件进行初步研究。结果表明:子实体菌褶部位分离成功率最高,达50%,菌肉与菌柄基部为15%,菌柄中上部外缘与中央为10%;栎松口蘑菌丝生长在17—22℃(室温)、24℃、26℃梯度之间差异不显著,培养基以E配方较为合适。
It was primarily studied that tissue separation and cultural condition of different position of Tricholoma bakamatsutake fruit body in Mountain Changbai. The results showed that separative rate of lameUae of fruit body was the highest, which was 50%, separative rate of context and stipe bottom was 15% respectively, and separative rate of bordering and center of top - center part of stipe was 10% respectively; there was no significance between 17-22℃ 24℃and 26℃ for hypha growth, E formula was better culture medium.
