Study on the Vibration of HV Three-phase Asynchronous Motors

高压三相异步电机振动问题是电机使用过程中最常发生的故障之一,电机振动可以导致电机噪声值增大,引起电机轴承损坏和转子断条等事故的发生,给用户造成很大的经济损失,文章着重分析了电机振动故障发生的原因,并提出了解决问题的办法。

The vibration of HV three-phase asynchronous motors becomes one of most common problems during operating the motors, which may result in the increase of noise, damage of the beating and broken bars in the rotors, bringing up to the customers the economic losses. This paper focuses on the analysis of occurrence of the vibration and suggests the solving method.
