摘要
本文在分析传统管理模式及其存在主要问题的基础上,结合相关文献研究,分析了企业再造思想及其理论的主要内容。提出了企业再造思想及其发展路径的四种选择:组织内业务流程再造、组织内管理流程再造、组织内组织思想再造、组织间流程再造。
Based on a summarization of the studies of traditional management modes and on the analysis of problems concerned, the paper approaches the thought and theory of business process reengineering (BPR). Then, it gives four paths of developing BPR: intra-organizational business process reengineering, intra-organizaional management process reengineering, intra-organizational value and culture reengineering, inter-organizational process reengineering. And the paper studies five aspects of BPR in the future. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions to organizations concerned.
