摘要
基于主从动件的运动关系事先确定啮入链板的运动规律,使啮入链板的一端铰链在与链轮分度圆相割的直线上平移,而另一端铰链绕链轮中心在链轮分度圆上旋转,得到一种新型的修正渐开线齿形链轮。在VB中编程调用AutoCAD获得修正后的链轮渐开线齿形。在ADAMS环境中对新型修正齿形链机构进行动力学和运动学仿真。仿真结果发现当齿形链机构采用新型修正渐开线齿形链轮时,降低了齿形链机构的多边形效应,改善了齿形链机构的运动平稳性。
Based on the law of motion between the driven part and the driving part a new modified involute profile for sprocket is put forward by firstly defining the motion of the engaging link plate to make one pintle move along the line intererossing with the pitch circle and to make the other pintle rotate around the sprocket center. The modified involute profile is obtained by use of a unified program between VB and AutoCAD. Then, the kinematic and dynamic simulation of silent chain with the new profile is performed in ADAMS. The simulating results show that the polygon action of silent chain mechanism can be reduced and the smoothness of the silent chain drive is effectively improvod as the sprocket is of the new modified involute profile.
