摘要
基于RBF网络,提出了一种预测铣削功率并进行恒铣削功率控制的方法,给出了恒功率控制平台的软硬件设计及工作原理,利用MATLAB工具箱设计网络,并通过建立的网络对实验数据进行了仿真和验证,结果表明所建立的RBF网络预测误差小于2%,证明了该网络的预测值的有效性,该控制平台已经成功的应用于数控铣床粗加工中。
In the paper, we refer to the way of Constant Milling Power Control Based on the RBF Neural Network. The design and operating principle of the Constant Milling Power Control device is introduced. By using the toolboxes in MATLAB, we design and emulate the RBF Neural Network, and the error percentage of the output is less than 2%. The result has proved that the RBF Neural Network is available. The application of the device has succeeded in rough machining.
