圆锥滚子推力轴承结构改进设计及有限元分析 被引量:5

摘要 绝大多数起重机吊钩、石油钻机转环等使用的圆锥滚子推力轴承承受大的轴向力,原来的结构不能满足实际工况要求。在同类产品结构参数条件下,通过对圆锥滚子两端的直角采用圆弧来过渡提高其承载能力,减小接触应力提高使用;轴承内外圈也同时采用圆弧沟道代替直沟道以减小接触应力;通过这些措施及应用ADINA有限元分析得到轴承的最大接触应力降低至不足原结构的15%。 The taper roller thrust bearing used on some main machines that are masses of chain block suspending clasp or oil drilling swivel endure large axile pressure, the former bearing structure can't meet the actual demand. Under the term of the same kind product construction parameter, the bearing capacity is increased and its stress is decreased to improve its life-span by using arc instead of sharp angle in the two section of taper roller. The bearing stress is decreased by using peach shape groove instead of straight groove in the inside and outside of bearing. Using these measures and the ADINA finite element analysis can attain that, compared with the original structure, the maximum stress is loss than 15% of that of the original structure.
