Design of Asymmetric Cable-Stayed Bridge of Main Bridge of Wuxing Bridge in Jiangyin

江阴五星桥主桥为独塔单索面不对称斜拉桥,跨度为(138+71)m,桥面宽达31 m。桥塔为上大下小独柱式结构,实心六边形截面。主梁为三向预应力混凝土结构,单箱五室。对该桥的主要设计特点进行介绍。

The main bridge of Wuxing Bridge in Jiangyin is a single pylon, single cable plane asymmetric cable-stayed bridge with span arrangement （138＋71） rn and deck width as wide as 31 m. The pylon of the bridge is a single column structure that is large in size at its upper part and small at its lower part and that is of solid hexogenal cross section, and the main girder is a fivecell, single box concrete girder structure of three-way prestressing system. In this paper, the principal design features of the bridge are presented.
