摘要
研究了被PAMAM(G=4)树状大分子所包裹的荧光客体分子EB通过该树状大分子的自组装表面修饰实现由水相向油相的转移及其在非极性正己烷相中的紫外及荧光性能。发现当十二酸浓度为10%时,由水相转移到正己烷相的EB为30%;在正己烷中EB荧光较弱。与文献[3]报道的PHL、RB实验结果比较,说明上述相转移与染料自身的结构与酸碱性密切相关。它们在正己烷中的荧光强度也与其结构密切相关。
The self-assemble properties between the fatty acid and the peripheral amino of the PAMAM(G=4) dendrimer were studied. The UV and the fluorescent properties of the encapsulated fluorescent dyes in the hexane were also studied. The results show that when the concentration of the dodecanoic acid is 10%, the number of EB and PHL those have been transferred into the hexane is adjacence(30% and 41%), however the number of RB is almost 100M. The fluorescent of EB and PHL in the hexane is weaker than that of RB.
